Welcome Home

As the close of World War II ended in the late 1940’s, another war had reached the American shores for those men returning from battle who were men of color. The fight for racial equality continue through the early 1970’s. One lesson that was taught to the youth in the 1970’s was to learn as much as possible in school then bring that information back into our communities. Share what you have learned in the institutions of higher learning with those who may not have had the privilege.

The Development & Training program at our church is concerned with preparing our membership, community members, students, and those who are less fortunate for the challenges of the twenty-first century.

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

Silicon Valley is a region in the southern part of the San Francisco Bay Area in Northern California that serves as epicenter for high technology, innovation, and social media. The region is home to some of the most revered tech giants such as Google, Facebook, Apple, Adobe, Tesla, Intel, Cisco, Oracle, Netflix, PayPal, and Yahoo. With these companies, technology is in high demand and our goal is to help our community to tap into this very deep well.
