And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. Acts 2:1 KJV
In the present times, it’s refreshing to know that a part of our faith-walk with God allows us to recall and refresh. Pentecost is when we recall how God gave us a glimpse of His heart and character through His Commandments at Mount Sinai. It is also the time when we are refreshed by commemorating the day when the Holy Spirit fell in the Upper Room. As Hebrew Pentecostals, we are a community of believers who are relieved by the liberty to depend on His spirit to guide, comfort and teach us. That kind of assurance gives us hope for now and the uncertain days ahead. In this, God’s appointed days’festivals give us hope in times, such as our current pandemic.
During this shelter-in-place, we will continue to meet online, with other believers, who understand the value of Jesus’ Holy Spirit and will celebrate. Join us as we celebrate the Day of Pentecost.
Even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath, shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new meat offering unto the Lord. Leviticus 23:16 KJV
